How do I stop people from using my Dumpster???

Easy - this is a very common problem.

Your hauler (for a small fee, typically $5-$10/month) will supply you with a lock for the Side doors of the container. The Hauler will also install a gravity lock so that it automatically unlocks when the Dumpster is turned upside down. Your hauler should also be able to supply you with "Private Property" sticker with warnings that illegal dumpers will be prosecuted.

  4. Many people have this habit of using someone else's property. I am lucky enough to have one such neighbor. :)

He has a great habit to through his "Priceless" garbage in my dumpster. Following the path of "Entire world is our home", he is using "his" home quite comfortably.

Now, when i was looking for some method by which I can stop him using my dumpster, I got the solution in form of your post. Thanks a lot, you are just a life saver for me.

  15. We are getting a dumpster rental in Minneapolis next month to start our home renovation. It's really just clearing away the junk, there's no point trying to tear things down or build in winter, but we have a LOT of junk.

  18. This isn't a bad deal. I would definitely pay 5-10 dollars a month for a lock on my dumpster. It is terrible that you need it, but it's better to have it.

  19. My cousins were remodeling their house and rented a couple of dumpsters. I didn't know that people could actually rent these things. I thought it was great that they had a place to put all the stuff they ripped out of their house. http://www.petersonsservicecorp.com/Roll-Off-Dumpster-Service-New-Port-Richey-FL.html

  21. We are getting ready to tear down a big old barn in our back yard. We have thought about burning all of the wood, but it would be too difficult to separate the wood from the metal and other materials. We need to just rent a dumpster to put it all in. http://www.baydisposal.com/services/waste-disposal/

  22. I've noticed that every time I go to take out my trash, there are garbage bags in my dumpster. This wouldn't normally be a problem, except for the fact that there is always such a large quantity of them. I would very much like to find out who's doing this and get them to stop.

  23. Dumpster rental seems pretty essential to a lot of industries out there. I would love to have a really big one in my backyard. It would make things a lot less stressful on trash day.

  25. Wow, that seems like an easy fix. I thought it would have been more difficult than that. I was thinking I would have to install an intricate fence around my dumpster or something.

  26. For this winter season, my husband wants to get into the full Christmas spirit. I suggested he plowed the snow. He actually thought it was a pretty neat idea and is excited to plow for our neighborhood. He is excited to rent the equipment and learn how to run it. http://www.tcmdumpsters.com

  28. Dumpsters are nice because they give you a place to throw things away. I know that you don't usually think about things like this. I was once in California and had completed some work for a woman where we cleared some tree branches away. There was nowhere for us to put the debris though.

  29. Putting private property or anything that has to do with potential dumpers being taken to court is always a good deterrent. If I rented a dumpster and found out my neighbors were using it, I would let them know that I didn't appreciate them doing so. I would then tell them about getting their own dumpster. That way I can put things in their dumpster without them knowing. http://www.465boxx.com/Dumpster.html

  31. What great tips. I've never had my own dumpster to worry about, but in the future, I hope to open two small businesses. The gravity lock idea is something I've never heard of before. What is the typical price for a set of those? http://www.tcmdumpsters.com
